My mom's birthday was yesterday. She is the most incredible person, so I wanted to make her a special card just for her. When I read about peacemakers, I immediately thought of her. She exudes peace and joy, in spite of the world we live in. She is an amazing mix of Snow White and Wonder Woman. So, I added the quote to a picture that spoke to me, and then layered it on top of "The Lord Bless You and Keep You" from a vintage songbook. All in all, the card came out the way I pictured it in my head, which is always super.
